~Disappointed Customer : A storm knock out my cable,phone, and internet service. I called TWC I talked to * different people that did not know what to do. So I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager in the most polite way possible and I was hung up on. I respectfully advise that their whole staff go through customer service training and trouble shooting train so that in the future they would* will be better trained for events such as this.

~Disappointed Customer : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
