GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-betrhaf: I have been a TWC customer since ****. It is time that TWC set up packages (especially for retired people) that are one price, one time and constant from month to month. So far, my bills each month are never the same and it is getting to be an ongoing battle. I like your service (people respond very quickly when called.) Thankfully I have spoken to some very nice people who have helped me each time. Don't out price yourselves and loose my business as well as many others. I want a constant month-to-month billing schedule. Thank you.
