~GLC: Called on a Sunday afternoon about a connectivity issue with my Samsung TV and the lady explained what was happening with the Samsung smart tv's, gave me a website to visit and a Samsung phone number to call. The issue was not with Time Warner's service but Samsung's screwed up update. Very friendly and pleasant.
