~tvbug's review of Time Warner customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tvbug: Oh dear gosh.save yourself a huge headache. I have tried to order a dvr. *st one came broken then ordered again. Chkd on it and the rep said no order...tried again on ******** said would have it in a few days and it never showed. Called again rep said it will be there today on the **th and promised a call at * pm..guess what no call no dvr. Now the **th . nothing. Called and passed over to customer service. Not only this but the tv goes blank and says WAIT for several mins... also when going to search for a show or movie it says TRY AGAIN LATER..sometimes mins. Sometimes hours. . Save yourself the headache. The few dollars you save for not using a bigger company is not worth the hassle and frustration. RUN is my best advice. Now I know why there was no contract....no one in there right mind would do so and they must no that or they would have one .
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Time Warner. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Time Warner problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tvbug: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tvbug: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
