~tina: I ordered service so it wpuld be setup when I moved they cancelled my order and say nothing. I called and reordered and was tild ibwas good to go. Then called again to change service address. They called me to confirm install date and I have to try to change my service address again and was told I was good I even added internet. Then on install day im told I owe to different amounts I was never told about and then my order was cancelled and my deposit "lost" and had to reorder and told my address was not even found. All the while treated rudely and spoken to with attitude. Im still pissed upset and they dont care . Im over it not even technically a customer and this is how im treated
