~Hatetimewarner: I want to cancel my service because I hate time warner cable. My TV never works and then I have to wait for a technician to come out to my house and I still get charged a ridiculous amount of money. I'm barely home twice a week so I rather not pay anything. So I called time warner today through gethuman, but after speaking w someone they had to transfer me to someone else in order to cancel my package then I explained my situation to the next person and they told me they had to transfer me and I got taken to the main menu. This just reinforces my decision to cancel my service!!! But now I have to hang up and start all over again ughhh
