~jcomputerguy09: this was all done online* heres an email that i sent them after * times to contact them just to remove certian cable channels.do you that i am about to cancel service with your so called company* *I am so tired of the run around with your company* *first i email you and your options online allow a customer to click on to down grade and i out all my personal info in and now you tell me i cant do it online* *and so i go on live support talked to a rep that did not read anything that i typed previously in the screen ,and he put me through all the run around and then he told me that he could not help online* * *so then i called time warner cable and the messgege said we will transfer you etc and then got a messege stating that you were closed* *that's is * times for * thing,so un called for

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jcomputerguy09: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jcomputerguy09: For that I would say three out of five.
