~mad as hell!: was calling time warner cable to paid the bill the customer person told me to paid **dollar by monday nov **, **** , i was trying to paid the bill since nov **, **, but the **** stupid machine connect be to the customer sv dept, but they are close as a customer with time warner cable we was not informed that there is nolonger ** hour sv. also it was told to be that the machine set up the bill, which is outrageous*and ridiculous that you double the bill to make more money from the customer, i use to love time warner cable, but time warner got so big, that you don't care about your customer, i which i can change my company, but there is know other cable station in manhattan, people need to petition time warner cable.
