GetHuman-thomasv4: Worst service I have ever had, I moved somewhere that couldn't get fios. So I'm burdened with a large bill and terrible service. I have had their service for almost a year and ask for a * day grace period till I can make the full payment. The response was we cannot help you. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER GET THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!
