GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Toshiba customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~MTL: One of, if not the worst experiences I have ever had! I sent my laptop for technical repairs that are covered under warranty. Now Toshiba is trying to tell me there are sticker missing, surface scratches, broken battery and that I need an new AC adapter!!! All of this at a cost of $***.**. The laptop is * months old and had never left the house. I was the sole user and know for a fact there were no damages or removed "STICKERS" when I sent it to their Depot. They will not fix the technical problem that is under warranty until I pay them the $***.**! Or the other option they gave me is for them to send it back unfixed.

~MTL: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MTL: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Toshiba's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MTL: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Toshiba customers?
~MTL: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Toshiba to know who you are.
