GetHuman-287880: I called because I got a message my credit card payment did not go through for one month. I called and after a long wait, was told it wasn't just one (*) payment but rather three (*) payments. I have proof of the two (*) payments but they insisted I pay and I couldn't cancel my membership without paying in full. They then threatened me numerous time, put me on hold, and treated me like I was a child. I urge every disappointed customer to file a complaint with the NY Attorney General's Office Consumer Affairs.
