~Bob G.: After * calls I finally got through to a person. This customer service rep was not helpful would not take the new credit card info told me to call back in ** days. If I didn't my account would be cancelled! In addition she no concept of the attitude necessary to provide excellent customer service. If she was in my company I would retrain or fire her. *If calls are really important to your company as the message says, you would staff the service lines with enough well trained personnel to provide good customer service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Town Sports International. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Town Sports International problem?
~Bob G.: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bob G.: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Bob G.: For that I would say two out of five.
