~Laura B.: The number was great. The phone was answered on the first ring, and I was immediately transfered to customer service upon request. The customer service rep was fairly nice but not very helpful with my request. I was hoping to find the original manufacturer of the chocolate cake mix they are no longer making. I was told that TJ's does not disclose any information on the makers of their products due to non-disclosure contracts. So, even though TJ's will not be carrying the product any longer, the customer is still not able to know where it came from to purchase it elsewhere. Summation-- great phone number, not great customer service policies.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Trader Joe's. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Trader Joe's problem?
~Laura B.: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Laura B.: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Trader Joe's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Laura B.: For that I would say four out of five.

~Laura B.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Trader Joe's to know who you are.
