GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TransUnion customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-118156: I wanted to review my report on-line but couldn't due to forgotten password, called and spoke to a representative who informed me that due to me not knowing my account numbers I couldn't get my account unlocked, however these same accounts has been removed from my equifax report due to fraudulence accounts so how am I suppose to know them. Yet when I was paying TransUnion for their services the representative then had no problem giving me access on-line with me just providing my name, address, and social security number, but now I cannot afford to pay any longer and want to view my yearly free credit report, and all of a sudden I need account numbers. *Another thing is that this company does not accurately verify accounts because the same accounts I was able to get removed from my accounts from equifax, Transunion state that they were able to verify, when I questioned them on how they verified fraudulence accounts when it has already been verified as a fraud by equifax, the representat
