~fldotr: This bank is constantly upgrading with worse service. last time i called was placed on hold for * hours an finally had to hang up to go to an appointment. locked out of my account twice this month. had PIN changed without notice. Received message that system upgrade was causing difficulties and if unable to access account contact customer service upt on hold orv told by automated system that they could not help me at this time.
