GetHuman-213199: In an initial phone call, I was told the only way to reach customer service was on the internet and not by phone. I founf this to be a blatant lie. On my phone call, I was on hold for ** plus minutes. I,m sure this was done to pressure me to abort the call so that thay would not have to deal with my complaint. Cowards. I have used Travelocity several times in the past but will no longer use them. You can only ***** me once. Expedia handled a problem of mine with ***% success and satisfaction. *****@***.com.
