~Frustrated On-Line Booker: I was ready to cancel my entire (paid for) vacation reservation due to the repeated obscene customer service wait by phone. The email option is not availbl efor itenary questions. The misdirection and lack of assistance when talking to a representative is a very close second. I hope desperately that I will not need assistance during my trip. I cannot imagine having a flight issue and having to wait ** minutes to talk to a rep that cannot or will not help. I am shocked they are still in business. I will try any OTHER booking company next time.
