GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-wilcox: Why is it when I put my money in the bank all is good , been doing business ** years with suntrust never asked for anything, loyalty obviously means nothing to you guys. I have plenty of funds move through the bank, so why when I go talk to someone about a small loan, even take car title worth way more than loan asking for, no can do , no help, employees act like I'm bothering them. I ask what I thought what was supposed to be my main banking institution for a little help and advice and was told to go online and find some help. This is ****. I never thought after all these years with suntrust I would betreated such a way!!
