GetHuman-202019: Sat on hold ** minutes yesterday and gave up. Took ** minutes today on redial just to get past the busy signal. Now I've been on hold for over ** minutes. Did you know that "Tucson Water replaced **,*** customer meters at no cost to customers!" They must have all the customer service agents out making these changes!!! In ** years of home ownership I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service from a utility company.
