GetHuman-170691: After being on the Phone for ** min. i decided to get another phone and call a different number that this page offered so i was on two phones waiting one with one number and one with the other .... one call i made i waited and waited and waited and nothing the second one i called and waited and waited .... the first one i called was taking forever and get this the second one didnt.... it only took the second call like ** min instead of the hour i was at already with the first one... im never using turbo tax again and im never calling these numbers back.... i have better service else where.... thanks for nothing

GetHuman-170691: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-170691: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-170691: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
