~Texas customer: Support person was amiable, but did not know the answer of how to correct an amount in TurboTax. Did initially take my telephone number and email address. During the call, a wind-caused short power outage disconnected my cordless phone. Waited for callback, but none. Then got an email that said NO callbacks allowed. Plus, email CLOSED my case * and didn't even give a solution to my problem. Wow!!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
