GetHuman-240860: The agents are not helpful at all. They do not attempt to help you. They are confusing and seem untrained at best and rush you off the phone. They are very very cold. They are angry and act as if you owe them money. You are treated like a low life, thief, and bum. You do not feel good during or after the calls. You really would prefer not to ever call again because it is such a headache. I dred call to the Department of Education for anything.
