GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Weekly Magazine customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~kaytee: No communication with human, only machines. I was told I would be passed to an Agent after entering subscription number etc. After about * seconds an electronic voice said "your call cannot be completed at this time, please call again. The call terminated. I am missing the last * issues and the electronic voice said "I'll renew your subscription for one more issue". I would rather have the * missing issues thank you.
