~unhappy traveler: It would be nice to speak English to someone without an accent and someone that was properly trained. I am so frustrated with your customer service, actually with it's lack of service and knowledge. It has taken me ** minutes and * websites before I could even find a phone number to call! The phone number should be listed on every page! Still haven't resolved problem.
