GetHuman-104093: United Airlines diverted a flight from Houston to Colorado Springs to Denver. That flight should have never departed from Houston as even I saw on the internet the low ceiling was generating issues with landing in Colorado Springs*******. Now my Fianc**** is stuck in Denver. The agent spoke very little English and said there is nothing that we can do. Nice work United, you at least could hire agents in the U.S. that speak English and cared enough to help*******. I do not think my company will be flying with you again******* Your merger turned you into a reckless airline******* Just ask your employees, they will tell you*******
