~kate1920: If you are in the western, MD area avoid Verizon DSL internet like the plague!!! It is terrible. They promise you *mbps and insead it acts like early **s dial up. Slow uploading and downloading. At first it worked great. Now, it doesn't at all keeps saying web page cannot be displayed. You call tech support and they are the most undeducated people I've ever come across. They just follow the prompts of trouble shooting on their computer screen in the call center not ever resolving issue. They ask you ** questions you already answered ** answers ago. Then they get snippy and rude saying nasty things to you. How do they get away with being nasty to people on the phone? Fix your sh&*t we wouldn't have to call then!!! Internet says it is connected, but commuication from tranceiver is being lost somewhere. They keep saying oh it shows connected it works. No it does not I cannot browse!! I cannot do email etc!!! Images are not appearing as well. I even reformatted my comptuer which was not th
