~Barbie: Once again Verizon has been very helpful with extensions on payments. I have been a customer for ** years and I have found that if you call them immediately if you get a disconnect notice and they will accommodate you. I have even gotten an extention EXTENDED but again, you must call BEFORE THE DUE DATE. If this does not help you, I would say that it is not ***% and that it depends upon the mood of financial svcs asst........just catch more flies with honey.
