GetHuman-126924: I absolutely abhor the automated service maze for Verizon. I made the mistake of switching to the Verizon Hub when it came out and what a clusterf**k that was. Even though it was advertised by Verizon I got charged for changing my service and now always get stuck in the automated maze from **** whenever I call.
