GetHuman-17201: wish I had never changed to verizon. They are terrible. Say they will call back and dont. The plan I signed was for $***week . They began charging me **$*week. took * months to get that fixed. then they were charging me $** month for a number back up I never asked for. * more months to get that fixed. Then I got the Global package yet they charged me $*** for *mb. Yep * mb. The consumer relations is a night mare obviously they just dont care.TIME TO DITCH VERIZON
