GetHuman-13483: took me over ** minutes and i m still not connected to tech support or anyone I am starting to really hate verizon... u r starting to think u r so much better than any other service you think we are going to take you rudeness and staying on a phone for hours and getting no where you are wrong and then being lied to about buying a new phone just * weeks ago is not the verizon I knew ....I hate verizon but i am stuck with you for * long unhappy years beause you lied to me about buying my new phone which I didn't want. And on top of it the phone you sold me I have been on the phone and hold since day * and it still does not work I hate Verizon. call me and get this phone I have been stuck with to work. Got it get it - I am one tired lady who never does this - this is what you have done to me let alone the stress - I might talk to my doctor with my condition I have the last thing I need is stress and that is all you have given me - to see if she can write something and send it to your he
