GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-denisera: I have been at Victoria Secrets store twice in the last * months and have been ignored both times. The first issue I walked into the store and a few minutes later * young ladies came in and the sales person walked right past me and went to help the other girls like I did not exist . I went in again last night and a young girl came over to me asked if I needed help I asked were a certain pantie was because I have a coupon the young lady pointed and said they are in the back in the corner (REALLY) what corner is she talking about , and I was told she would help me in a minute but proceeded to help the customers behind me and left me there wondering and very, very angry about what corner in the back she was talking about. Both of these times I had to go ask the person behind the counter for help !!!! I am an older woman in her **'s and a plus size woman I shop in there for my daughter and I feel very discremenated against both times and I do spend money when I am in there . I feel this could be a discremenation issue and should be put on the news about this and DO NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY I AM TREATED AT ALL !!!! This gives Victoria Secrets a very bad taste in my mouth ! you dont have to be young and a small size to purchase your products (SO I THOUGHT !!!! ) The location of both incidents were at Alamo Quarry Market *** E.
