GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Victoria's Secret customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-326816: I had the most horrible experience with this companies costumer service reps. For about two weeks I would recieve phone calls from a *-*** number, when you would answer you would get a message reguarding sales promotions. Finally one day I recieved a call and it was an actual person saying they were calling reguading my credit card account. This was odd since I had never used the card before. When I had called to activate the card about *-*months prior they try to get you to join other things, which they said would not activate unless you sent in the paperwork with your information, which I never did. They tried to tell me I owed them $**.Which I had never recieved a bill for. The women on the phone said the the bills kept getting mailed back which was strange because when we verified the address and info all was correct.So to make a very long story short, Not only did I have to call Victorias Secret multiple times I had to call the third party company multiple times because VS said th
