~olivia: I just came from store in Aventura mall in Miami. When I walked in there were * sales representitive talking very loud and did not engaged any customers. Also,I was wait in the line to pay more than ** minutes and asked them to assist me since Representative for my line was dealing with some issue with one of their guest. They said I'm not in their line and took some guest came way later than me.... very bad customer service and this store manager needs to work better managing people... horrible and very disgusted
