~Gwen: So, some people call around Christmas time and complain because they had to wait, huh, that's weird.. Called Christmas rush for a reason.. Didn't get your full credit? Did you happen to use an offer code that was based on total amount of shopping cart? That gets adjusted when you return items and don't exchange. Got attitude from a customer rep? Seriously doubt it. Your credit to your card wasn't refunded right away? It takes one to two weeks to show up on your statement. You waited ten minutes and no one answered, did you call during peak hours? Do you realize they have only two facilities that deal with catalog and online orders in the ENTIRE country. Work one day in their shoes, see if you can hack it.

~Gwen: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
