~NEVER BUY VM: What a joke. This company sets a new low bar for overseas customer service. I'm returning my Android phone and $** rate plan. They only know * phases: "I'm sorry to hear that" and "please hold sir". VM can stuff their "fantastic" rate plans. I'd pay double to get even average service with a different carrier.

~NEVER BUY VM: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NEVER BUY VM: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
