GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-kantaji: Answered in less than * minutes. I actually called to thank them for the wonderful service they provide. My orders arrive nearly 'instantly' (truly) always well-packed, no breakage. Once one item was forgotten and they immediately sent it to me without thought that that was probably quite expensive for them for a *$ item. VERY, VERY pleased with this company!

GetHuman-kantaji: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-kantaji: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vitacost's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kantaji: For that I would say three out of five.
