~Ken: I was nervous and reluctant to use Vitalchek, but I had no choice and I was expecting there to be problems as so many other have had. When I submit my order, I noticed that I neglected to choose "expedited." I immediately within two minutes logged back on to fix my error only to discover (within two minutes) my order had already been processed and had been sent to Vital Records of the State of my birth. I still expected problems. I placed my order on the **th, the birth certficate was shipped the following day and I will be receiving it today. If you are having a bad experience with Vitalchek, you must have filled out the order form incorrectly. **Very impressed with them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting VitalChek. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a VitalChek problem?
~Ken: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ken: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VitalChek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ken: For that I would say five out of five.
