~Saad: The thing with Vodafone Mumbai is that whether you select English or not, the person on the other side always seems very reluctant to continue the conversation in the selected language. I mean I do know Hindi, but I didn't choose it, did I? **Plus, it always sounds like they don't understand me and half the time I am not sure what the **** they're saying either. If you got mischarged or something, they'll keep spinning things round and round till they figure out that you're not going to give up.**I'd say *** because this measures up to other customer service numbers here.
