GetHuman-326647: Every year the customer service at wageworks gets worse and and worse!!! If only the company believed in training and development. Every agent I have dealt with within the past week has not been able to answer any questions about my account. Also, the reps are not computer literate. It takes **mins just to pull my account up and I always have to ask to speak to a supervisor. The supervisors( leadership as they termed) are great!

GetHuman-326647: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

GetHuman-326647: For that I would say four out of five.
