GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WageWorks customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JRP: This organization is a JOKE! NO Organization, NO communication and ZERO ability to solve problems. Each time I call I have to start from the beginning. Once I bring the new person up to speed I am given a different answer. The company has had my account locked for * weeks while having the paperwork the whole time only to tell me now it is insuffient. I will be filing a LENGTHY complaint with my employer and can only hope we drop this company and get another.

~JRP: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JRP: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JRP: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
