~Deb: i am being penalized because my provider didnt bill me until the next year and my account no longer had any more money, so that when i used my FSA card-which i shouldn't have according to the Wageworks person- i am over and now have to pay back my FSA account. When i did send in 'substitute' reciepts to cover a previously paid expense via my FSA card, they didn't apply it to the previous year and so it is still outstanding and now i owe even more to Wageworks and the FSA account. NO MORE FSA accounts with Wageworks!! not worth the headaches and lack of customer service!!

~Deb: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Deb: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Deb: For that I would say four out of five.

~Deb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
