~Concerned caregive: I run a home for disabled individuals. I wanted to make the financial spending task a little bit easier for the staff, so they are not carrying cash, looking for receipts all the time, etc. So I purchased the Walmart Money cards for the guys and went to the website to activate them. When it was time to make a purchase, the card declined. When I called to customer service to find out what was going on with this card. I kept getting the computer, which tells me that activity on the card caused it to be deactivated, that another card could not be opened, etc. That they will activate to spend the money on the card and it can not be reloaded, and that they will not charge me the $* fee, if I agree that I understand, at this point I want to speak to a live person, I wait ** minutes, and the person who comes to the phone has a very thick accent, I try to understand, I explain the situation, she activates one card, but tells me all the cards will be closed, due to some suspension of frau
