~ljones: I only wanted to discuss the horrible problems I had at your store in Alexandria, Virginia, **** Richmond Highway.I llive in Fort Washington Maryland, but, I go to this store as it was better organized than the one in Clinton, Maryland but not any more. I had to return the store in Alexandria to get my paid for items given to me that the clerk had not given to me* I still have a set of Christmas that wasn't placed in my shopping bag. They only cost $*.**. The next awful encounter that I faced was that you have very few employees that understand questions in the English language as they don't speak English well enough to comprehend your question. I walked aroun in that store for an hour before I finally was able to find an American that gave me help. I asked one man who had an accent, but, store badge where I could find the Massage Foot like slippers that I had just bought some the night before and he directed me to the candles in the store. ~ljones: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ljones: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ljones: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart.com customers?
~ljones: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart.com to know who you are.
