GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-lisakn4: I ordered a Radio Flyer tricycle online that had the option of free pick up at store "today". When I received the email that it was ready to pick up, I went into the Walmart Store on Bruce B. Downs in Tampa Fl *****.(*****).. I went into the store to pick it up I received the absolute worst customer service I have ever had ANYWHERE! A Walmart customer service associate came to the pick-up counter. He had a manager tag on, however I did not get his name, not knowing what a bad experience I was about to experience! He went into the back and came back after a pretty long time with and item I DID NOT ORDER! He said, he guessed they didn't have the tricycle so they replaced it with a glider! That is the most insane thing I have ever heard! I did not order or WANT A GLIDER! I ordered a tricycle for my two year old grand daughter not a glider! This manager just was standing there looking at it when another customer service associate (who apparently has NO IDEA what good customer service is) came up and told him to look it up on his "pod". Again, this manager didn't have anything to say. This was so strange and difficult! When the other associate saw he didn't have a pod, then he said to me they don't have the tricycle so that is what I can take!.. What horrible customer service! This second associate said he couldn't help me or another customer that came up and was waiting because he had photos to print up. He just kept saying he had a lot of photos to print and could not (or really, WOULD NOT!) help me or any other customer waiting there. That's insane! I could not believe he could say that and keep his job with Walmart!! We are there needing help and he didn't want to be bothered! In the mean time another customer service associate came up with a pod to look up where the tricycle I ordered and was email BY WALMART telling me it was ready for pick up when it was not! The *nd associate told the first to just give me a refund. I didn't want a refund, I WANTED A TRICYCLE! And really?? whomever this *nd associate was, was RUDELY telling the *st who had a manager tag on what to do?!! Such a thoroughly confusing and beyond frustrating situation.! What a extremely big waste of my time after a full day of work.!! The *rd Walmart associate, who was a lady (I think from electronics) was very helpful but got no help from other Walmart stores. They were rude and even hung up on her. I left with nothing! Never again Walmart. TARGET from now on! TARGET WILL MATCH WALMART.COM PRICES...GO TO TARGET!!! Shoppers BEWARE.....Save yourself the time and aggravation ending in no results and DO NOT ORDER OR GO TO WALMART ***** , BRUCE B DOWNS BLVD

GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-lisakn4: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
GetHuman-lisakn4: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
