GetHuman-192889: Just the fact that this is such a huge company and a customer must wait ** min. is beyond my understanding. Don't get me wrong I like the stores, however there is nothing like human interaction and a wait time within a reasonable time frame. I wasn't able to order on line and wanted to call in my order. However, due to the wait time, I decided to take my large order to another store. It's really shameful. they need to work on serving their customer (the ones that keep them in business).

GetHuman-192889: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-192889: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-192889: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
GetHuman-192889: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
