~moesbarduffs : I spoke with "Brandon" (i am sure it was not his real name, since I could barely understand him),anyway, rather than help me resolve the problem, he just wanted to scold me and tell me what I should have done. I sincerely hope that the call really are recorded and that they monitor "Brandon's" calls. I asked for his supervisor who was busy and would call me back. That was yesterday and still no call.
