GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Washington Post customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JanniePumps: I called to verify when my trial subscription ended - the customer service rep assured me that it was continuing through October - only to discover that I had been billed by the newspaper for a regular subscription within a few days of my calling. I didn't discover the charge for a few weeks and had to pay for the newspapers that I had been told were part of the trial subscription. I even asked the initial customer rep to make sure that the October date she quoted was a continuation of the trial period and got her customer service rep * etc.
