~Post Reader: This is to the call center in the Philippines. I want to talk to the Washington Post, * miles from where I live. The call center employees do want to help but they are required to use a script, verify ad nauseum, and cannot handle unusual queries. I also don't like sharing my business with *rd party entities. Anyone want to advocate for service to be stateside if not local again?

~Post Reader: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Post Reader: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Washington Post's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Post Reader: For that I would say two out of five.
