~unhappy "customer": I have been a customer for years and I screwed up my electronic payment info and ended up owing $**. My service was stopped and I had to wait a week for my next pickup. Whatever you do, don't mess up your electronic payment account....lots of luck with that. This is the only electronic account I have ever had trouble with.
