GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-melisash: After i scheduled a bulk pickup (over a month in advance, and this service is included as part of my bill) and confirmed*clarified the pickup items over multiple phone calls, waste management came on the scheduled day, took a picture of my items, and did not remove them. Some of the items were removed in the night by passerby, which i called to update them on, but the rest of the items were present, and I was assured the same day on the phone that they would be coming by end of day at *pm. Every time I called to communicate they miscommunicated, did not give complete information, and were rude. Now I am having a dispute where they are saying a supervisor will have to review all calls before I can re-schedule a pickup for items they should have taken the first time, and that I will have to wait a week with junk on the side of the road in front of my house... I am so frustrated. I feel like they don't have to be polite or give customer service because they are the only ones offering services.

GetHuman-melisash: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Waste Management's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-melisash: For that I would say four out of five.
